Some Meditations allow the option to enable either a Male or Female voice option. Go to the Meditations section on the Home page.

You can find the voice options Meditations in the Pick your instructor carousel.

Simply toggle the Voice button from Female to Male according to your preference.

Most Meditations do not offer different voice options. However, you can filter your preferred narrators and voice preference.

Tap on the narrator's name at the top of the Meditations section to view content by that narrator.

Alternatively, use the Filters button to sort content based on your preferred narrators or voice preference. Once your preferences are selected, tap Done.

SleepTales do not offer voice options. You can sort content according to your preferred narrators and voice preference. Go to the SleepTales section on the Home page.

Tap on the narrator's name at the top of the SleepTales section to view content by that narrator.
