Enjoy relaxing content while tracking your sleep. Here’s how:
Important Notes:
Sleep Data: The tracker utilizes your device's microphone. The quality of your sleep data depends on the microphone's capability and its proximity to you. Additionally, other sounds, including any content playing, may impact accuracy.
Content and Tracking: To ensure accurate sleep tracking, we suggest setting a timer to stop the sounds after 1-2 hours. Continuous playing may interfere with the data collected by the tracker.
Timer and Settings: Please note that timers set outside the sleep tracker and Repeat setting for guided content do not work with the sleep tracker. All sounds and music paired with your SleepTale/meditation will stop when the content finishes, even if you set a Keep music playing preference. Currently, playlists cannot be used with the tracker.
With these considerations in mind, here’s how to play content with the sleep tracker:
Launch the Sleep Tracker: Click on the Sleep/Recorder/Track my sleep to start the tracker.
Select Content: You will have some content options available to play from within the tracker. Choose one and you're all set.
Alternatively, if you are browsing the app and play your content first, you can follow these steps:
Play Content First: Start by playing the content you want to listen to.
Track Your Sleep: Then click on 'Track my Sleep' to begin tracking.
By following these steps, you can enjoy your favorite content while keeping track of your sleep patterns effectively.
