Sleep Data: The tracker uses your device's microphone. The quality depends on the microphone and its proximity to you. Other sounds, including content playing, can affect accuracy.
Content and Tracking: Set a timer to stop content after 1-2 hours for accurate data. Continuous playback may affect tracking accuracy.
Timer and Settings: Guided content timers and repeat functions do not work with the tracker. Music stops when the content ends. Playlists are not compatible with the tracker yet.
With these considerations in mind, here’s how to play content with the sleep tracker:
Launch the Sleep Tracker: Click on the Sleep Tracker to launch it.
Select Content: You will have some content options available to play from within the tracker. Choose one and you're all set.
Alternatively, if you are browsing the app and play your content first, you can follow these steps:
Play Content First: Start by playing the content you want to listen to.
Track Your Sleep: Then click on 'Track my Sleep' to begin tracking.
By following these steps, you can enjoy your favorite content while keeping track of your sleep patterns effectively.
