Sounds and Music Tracks
To play a sound or a music track, tap on it. To stop it, tap on it again.
You can have up to 15 sounds playing at the same time as well as 1 music track and 1 brainwave.
To stop the sounds temporarily, you can pause the mixer.
To remove all the currently playing sounds from the mixer, or to start from scratch, open the mixer by clicking on it to extend it, remove the sounds by clicking on the X next to them or scroll to the bottom and click on Clear All.

Meditations and SleepTales
To play a Meditation or a SleepTale, simply tap on it to open, and then tap on the Play button. Before playing, make sure to select your desired settings, such as choosing a mix (if desired) or setting a timer for how long you want the music to play.
To stop a Meditation or a SleepTale, or to adjust volume or remove a mix, follow these steps:
1. Open the Mixer
2. Tap on Mixer
3. Tap on "Clear All" to fully stop all sounds.
