To set up a classing alarm, simply tap on Profile > Alarm

Also, please ensure that the notification permission for BetterSleep is active on your device.

When the alarm rings, it will trigger a notification. This notification will only appear if you authorize notifications for BetterSleep on your device. To enable notifications for our app on Android devices, open Apps > BetterSleep > Notifications. For iOS devices, open the iOS Settings app > tap on BetterSleep > tap on Notifications.

Tapping on the notification should open the alarm page.

To turn the alarm OFF, click on Wake Up to turn it OFF or Snooze to snooze.

This will only turn OFF the alarm for today.

​Important to note that the alarm will not ring, and then the notification will not appear if the app is closed. The app must be opened for the alarm to work.

If you want to completely turn OFF the alarm in our app, go to Profile > Alarm > Turn it

OFF.

Our smart alarm is designed to wake you up at the lightest stage of your sleep within a selected time range. To set a smart alarm, please start the sleep tracker by tapping on Sleep/Track my sleep.

Tap on the alarm button inside the recording screen:

Toggle ON the alarm button:

Tap on the Wake up window button

Choose a wake up window:

The smart alarm will ring between the time range selected.
