All transactions made on Android are tied to your Google account. This means that you can restore your BetterSleep Premium content on any Android-powered device as long as you use the same account.
Our app should remember your past purchases when you sign in to your BetterSleep account. To do so, tap on Profile then on Login.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play Store:
Close BetterSleep from the App Manager (may be called Apps on some devices)
Go to your device Settings
Tap Accounts
Tap Google
Make sure you're using the correct account
Go to device Settings
Go to Account section
Select your Google account
Synchronize the account
Open the app
Your Premium subscription should kick back in. If the app does not restore your paid content right away, restart the app and your device. If this doesn't help:
Go to your device Settings
Open App Manager
Select BetterSleep
Select Force Stop to close the app
Force stop Google Play Store as well
Reopen Google Play Store
Reopen BetterSleep
In case the app does not restore your purchase, try clearing the app cache and data.
Note that this will erase your favorites, so we suggest writing them down or creating a backup.
Go to your device Settings
Open App Manager (may be called Apps on some devices)
Select our app
Select Storage (it may be located in a different place depending on your device)
Delete the Data and Cache
Go back to the App Manager
Select Google Play Store
Delete Google Play Store app data and cache
Restart your device
Open Google Play Store
Search for BetterSleep & open the app
This should restore your Premium access.
If all fails please send us a screenshot of your purchase history and send us a message. We'll restore your purchase to your BetterSleep account right away!
