How do I manage/cancel my trial/subscription?

We're sad to see you go but we understand that sometimes, for different reasons, our users may decide to cancel their trial/subscription.

If there's anything we can do to help you reconsider, kindly send us an in-app message. It'll be our pleasure to assist or to get your feedback for us to continue to improve.

You can otherwise manage the automatic renewal of your subscription or trial anytime*.

Before you proceed, kindly note that BetterSleep subscriptions can be initiated via the Apple Store, Google Play Store as well as on BetterSleep.com or other third parties and therefore can only be managed/refunded via the same method/the same store & profile that it was created with.


1. For purchases initiated in the Apple Store - iOS:

*** Important: Trials/Subscriptions initiated on iOS in the Apple Store adhere to Apple's terms of purchase and can only be managed by the user via their Apple profile. While the BetterSleep Support Team can gladly guide you on how to manage it, we sadly cannot cancel it for you as we do not have access to that. We appreciate your understanding.

Find below the steps to follow to manage subscriptions purchased in the AppStore from an iOS device.

You may also try the following on your iOS device:

  1. Open the iOS Settings app

  2. Tap on your name

  3. Tap on Subscriptions

  4. Tap on the BetterSleep subscription

  5. Tap on Cancel Subscription.

    • You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

2. For purchases initiated in the Google Play Store - Android:

*** Trials/Subscriptions initiated on Android in the Google Play Store adhere to Google Play Store's terms of purchase and can be managed by the user via their Google Play Store profile.

Here is how to cancel the automatic renewal of a subscription purchased in the Google Play Store, from an Android device. Please follow this link to manage your subscription:

You can also try the following on your device:

  • Open the Google Play Store app

  • Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account

  • Tap Menu/Subscriptions

  • Select the subscription you want to cancel

  • Tap Cancel subscription

  • Follow the instructions

3. For purchases initiated on BetterSleep.com:

Here is how to cancel the automatic renewal of subscriptions purchased on our website. Please try the following on our website:

  • Visit our website -- https://www.bettersleep.com

  • Login to your BetterSleep account

  • Click on Profile

  • Click on Settings

  • Click on Account

  • Click on Manage Subscription

  • Click on Cancel Subscription

Please take note of the following:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless the automatic renewal is canceled at least 24-48 hours before the trial ends, or before the renewal date as per the terms of purchase displayed at time of signup.

  • Even if you cancel your trial/subscription before its end/the renewal date, you will still have access to the Premium app version until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically initiate a refund if it's already been charged. Click **here** to get more information about the refund policy and process.
