You can manage the automatic renewal of your subscription or trial anytime.
Please take note of the following:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless the automatic renewal is canceled at least 48 hours before the trial ends, or before the renewal date.
If you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will still have access to the Premium app version until the end of the current billing cycle.

1. If you're on Apple - iOS:
Here is how to cancel the automatic renewal of subscriptions purchased in the AppStore from an iOS device.
You may also try the following on your iOS device:
Open the iOS Settings app
Tap on your name
Tap on Subscriptions
Tap on the BetterSleep subscription
Tap on Cancel Subscription.
You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
2. If you purchased the subscription on Android - Google Play Store:

Open the Google Play Store app
Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Tap Cancel subscription
