Yearly subscriptions & lifetime memberships are linked to the BetterSleep account used at registration, before making the purchase. Our app should remember your saved mixes, Favorites, and past purchases when you sign in to your BetterSleep account. To do so, tap on Profile, then on Login.
On iOS devices, you can transfer purchased content from one iOS device to another as long as you use the same Apple ID and iCloud account and you've installed the same version of the app. Here's how:
Open the iOS Settings app
Tap your name on the top of page
Scroll down to iCloud and App and iTunes Stores
Log in to your Apple ID and iCloud account. You can verify your purchase history here.
Search for the BetterSleep app on the App Store
Download the app (there should be a small cloud icon next to it) NOTE: If the cloud icon is not there, this means the Apple ID you're using did not previously download this app
After downloading, your purchases should automatically be restored after restarting the app.
Subscriptions cannot be transferred from an iOS device to an Android device (or the opposite) because they use different marketplaces (App Store for iOS devices, Google Play for Android). If this is the case, please send us a screenshot of your purchase history.

Please send us the invoice or receipt number located in the email sent, after the purchase.
