All of BetterSleep's sounds, SleepTales, and meditations are stored on your device's internal memory so that you can enjoy them without WiFi or cellular data. Meditations & SleepTales are high-quality audio files. It can take up some space on your device.

To reduce the storage, please open our app tap on Profile > then tap on Settings -- then scroll down and tap on Clear Downloads.

This will remove all downloaded BetterSleep content from your device. Be assured that clearing downloads will not affect your subscription or past purchases.
