Want to play your favorite soundscape as you fall asleep, but you don't want to drain your battery overnight or keep it playing all night? Good news: you can control how long the content plays with our timer setting!

There are a few different ways to access the timers!

  1. Tap on Sounds and select your sounds and music

  2. Tap on the Current Mix button at the bottom of the screen (it shows which sounds are playing)

  3. Tap on Add Timer

  4. Tap "+" button at the top-right corner

  5. Select your timer duration, timer behavior and fade-out option

  6. Tap on Save

If you're on Android, to set a timer for a mix:

  1. Tap on Sounds, and select your sounds, music & brainwaves

  2. Tap on the Current Mix button at the bottom of the screen (it shows which sounds are playing)

  3. Tap Add Timer button

  4. Toggle Close app when timer ends at the bottom (this setting will keep for future timers)

  5. Select any value or Advanced

  6. Confirm

To set a timer for a story or meditation, tap on Home, then on Meditations or Stories sections at the top. Select your content and tap on the Keep music playing button on the meditation or story detail page.

Choose a timer duration. If you want to close the app once the time ends, select a duration or Until story/meditation ends. Tap on the arrow (top left corner) to go back, and play your content.

Finally, from within the Sleep tracker: When you start the sleep tracker, you will have a timer inside the recorder. To start tracking, tap on Sleep (moon) button -- and set a timer for up to 3 hours. There is a timer limit of 3 hours max when using the sleep tracker. Please take note that the recorder will not record your sleep sounds if there are sounds or content playing in the app. Only after the timer ends, the sleep tracker will start picking up sounds in your environment.
