Some BetterSleep users report their device batteries being depleted after overnight app use. We want to help you to wake up stress-free, so our team is working hard to find ways to best optimize battery life.

In the meantime, we recommend doing the following to preserve your battery:

  • Use battery saving mode

  • Lock your screen while you play sounds in the app

  • Set a timer with Close app when Timer ends setting to stop the app during the night

  • Toggle Airplane mode on during the night (if you want to play a meditation, preload it before toggling Airplane mode)
